梁娟,女,1983年出生,博士,副教授,中药学硕士生导师。现任葡萄京手机app药学院食品与生物制药系系主任。本科、硕士、博士均就读于合肥工业大学,2015年毕业并于同年至葡萄京手机app任教。主要研究方向天然活性产物的减肥降脂作用机制,功能食品/保健品的开发与研究。
